Our Story
Founded in Hedon, we’re proud to be a true family business: father and son lead every installation with care and craftsmanship, while mum ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Our success has been built not on big advertising campaigns, but on word of mouth, recommendations from happy customers who trust us to deliver every time.
We believe in doing things the right way: honest advice, reliable service, and exceptional results. Beyond our work, we’re proud to give back to the community that’s supported us - from sponsoring local grassroots sports teams to contributing to charities close to home.
Here's what our customers say
Karen Worsnop
"I just wanted to say how thrilled I am with my new windows and door. Your company wasn’t the cheapest but you came highly recommended by three close friends and I am blown away by the quality of the workmanship.
The finish is of such a high standard. They all look so lovely and I couldn’t be happier. I won’t hesitate to recommend your firm or call on you again when I have saved up for more replacements."
Alexandra Turner
"Lee and Russell have done an amazing job replacing all the windows and doors in our home. We wanted to add more daylight into the hallway and Lee had plenty of ideas to help achieve that. It took them almost two weeks to complete and it's clear to see why, the workmanship and attention to detail is flawless.
We used Pinnacle as we had heard great reviews for them from my parents, my grandparents and my uncle - and now we definitely wouldn't hesitate to recommend them we've had lots of compliments from neighbours so I wouldn't be surprised if we see your van parked down our street again soon!"
Graham Linton

No problem in recommending you to anyone 5 Star. Looking forward to the quote for replacement of my windows."
